Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Mystery Boxes and Bundles

All Mystery Boxes and curated Bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the surprise nature of these products.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
